Returns and Exchange Policy
Thank you for shopping at Spy Emporium.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Our products can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase of the product. A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund.
In addition, all products are covered by a 90 Day Limited Warranty. If units are purchased and become electronically defective, purchaser may return for exchange for the same item. All returns must be accompanied by a receipt and Repair Authorization (RA) or no exchanges will be granted, we will not reprint any receipts under any circumstances. All CCTV equipment are covered by a 90 Day Limited Warranty unless listed different. Some products may offer 1 year manufacturers warranty.
To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
The product was purchased in the last 30 days
The product is in its original packaging
The product isn't used or damaged
You have the receipt or proof of purchase
You obtained a Return Merchandise Number (RMN) from us
Due to the nature of our products some are ineligible for return due to their purpose and/or limitations.
Onetime use devices:
- Purchased items for single use may not be returned after usage, i.e. GPS Tracking devices, Bug Detectors & Audio Recorders
- Bodily exposed devices, i.e. ear buds
- All diversion furniture and diversion safe products opened or assembled are non returnable
- Shooting Net Gun, CO2 cartridges
- All lock picking tools
Service & Software:
- All software, activation and monthly service fees; and shipping charges
Installed items may not be returned:
- i.e. Hardwired GPS Tracker, Car Monitoring Kits
All items if returnable must be returned in original, unopened packaging:
- Pepper Spray, fluid detection kits
- Other Devices: Customized products and physically damaged items due to shipping
- Special Ingredients, finger printing and kits
Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

Send the product with its original packing and the receipt or proof of purchase and the RMN number, along with a note indicating whether you want to exchange the product (and if so, what other product you want to order) or a refund, to:

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.
You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from Spy Emporium.
If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.
Sale items can be refunded.
We do not issue refunds for digital products once the order is confirmed and the product is sent.
