Thank you for your review. In regards to your email, we didn't receive your first email with your concerns. We are very on top of our emails and for some reason we did not receive that email. Apologies for that . It may have went to our SPAM or JUNK mail which is emptied everyday due to the amount of SPAM we receive.

As for the device not having Audio. After checking your order, we see that you ordered the version with no audio. If you look at the product page of the device you ordered, there is an option to order with audio. We see that you did not select with audio. You may have missed this. If you are wanting audio we can replace that item for you. You would need to pay for the difference in cost for the device with audio.
