No, however, it's optional to obtain one that has audio if you are Law Enforcement. A purchase order with organization letter head must be email to us to order.

If I want to place the pen camera on a table how will it catch the right angle?

Place pen in a holder of some sort to keep the pen camera up right. Placing it flat on the desk will risk the weight of the clip to having surface recordings due to where the pinhole lens is on the pen camera.
